Take Action! Oppose "Sucker Money" Real ID Funding Amendment
The supporters of Real ID are at it again, making a last ditch effort to save the embattled program, which 17 states have already rejected. As part of the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Bill, to be debated on the Senate floor the week of July 23rd, Sen. Lamar Alexander will offer an amendment to fund Real ID to the tune of $300 million. Of course, this is a drop in the bucket compared to the $23 billion DHS has estimated Real ID will cost nationally
Call your Senators today and tell them to oppose Sen. Alexander's Sucker Money Amendment!

Download the Sucker Money Calculator, a breakdown of how much states will receive from the Alexander amendment, compared to how much they will actually have to spend to implement Real ID.

Hey jbenet.

I was just checking this out.

How old is that fucker?

untill it happens to you

I'm being confronted with what I think are some "REAL ID" issues.

Doing research to combat the City of Phoenix's new employment practices. Since the work I do is an endless stream of new 'employments,' I am being confronted with new requirements to comply with the Department of Homeland Security's Employment Eligibility Verification sh*t pot.

What I'm am stunned by is the lack of information I am finding in my searches. Especially because this REAL ID thing is '1984' on steroids.

I understand that feeling

but I think if you have real faith.

Not faith in some preacher or man.

But in the Constitution jbenet.

Then walking thou the shadows of death to bring light

into the chasm of apathy, slowly waking the

25%'rs

Is so worth it. The main stream media suckola's. While

I have a first amendment, I'm using it.

yikes

yea but

If I refuse to fill out all their paperwork they will deny me work. I could sue them. So what. Because then that is what I would be doing with my time, be involved in a law suit. Which I choose not to do. I have better things to do. like..

It's not right. I don't think it's right. that's why I'm searching for facts to bolster my case, try and find out what the current law IS. It's proving to difficult for something as basic as this.

could they be crawlers

or what are the automated programs the search engines use called?
